Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Retail Items purchased in store come with a 7 day exchange policy
• Retail Items come with a 5 day Return policy
• Custom Orders: There are NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
• Mistakes on Custom orders: If we make a printing mistake on a custom order we will replace at no charge.
• Mistakes on Clients part: If client provides wrong information that was approved on order approval sheet. We are not responsible for replacement.
• Damage or Defect on custom orders: 7 days to return item to be fixed, or exact item replaced.
• If Unwavered finds custom order can not be fixed or replaced, a store credit will be issued to make or create a similar item at same value rate. 
• We are not responsible for normal use and wear and tear of any item that has been used. 
• How to return: All returns must be shipped to 8340 E. Beverly St. Tucson, AZ 85710. Please include your receipt and return address.
